Back in Yellowknife and very pleased with the results of my medicals.

The weather is also fine here at the moment and that suits me fine . Rumor has it they except rain and lots of it over the next couple of days and that isn't what I was hoping for. Still not much I can do about that and I will live with whatever we get.

Idid managed to keep up my walking while away and and about a day behind schedule due to the trip. I clicked in another 32,000 steps around Edmonton over the last few days. The weather there was in the plus thirties and sunny very warm walking. Another couple of days and I will turn SSE and be heading for North Battleford. That is a good chuck of trail to cover and will keep me busy for awhile yet. Looking forward to visisting Rejean and Cindy and maybe even Randy if I can track him down. Cheers, Greg
