Outside it is blowing like crazy and my daily walk will not be a lot of fun. However compared to the Coonditions faced by the Vendee solo racers in the last Vendee globe this would be considered a nice day and lots of sail would be up.

I plan the usual route and may throw in a few extra thousand steps. I have cross the provinical boundry into Saskatchewan and look forward to hitting Saskatoon asap. It is a long ways away and and shopuld be fun getting there. I will continue this shortly once I get the walk done.

The weather had greaty improved by the time I arrived home, very nice. I extended the walk to include Canadain Tire so that I could pick up some odds and ends. My extension cords lately have taken a beating and so I replaced the plugs and recepticles with a little beefier model.

Tomorrow I wil make my travel arrangements for my medical in September. I have two check-ups to attend on Sept. 2nd; and 3rd.  Should be home on the evening of the third if things go well.

Since our summer is drawing to a colose I would like to spend as much of it here as possible. Cheers for now, Greg
